It's not the servers that are the issue it's the backend coding. It takes a long time to fix it since they are not a triple A company.

@warped orchid UN Roadblock is still be extractable as it is the default (always open) extraction point. Red only means you will not see a countdown when you are extracting. A very old known bug.
