Its been 6 weeks since I bought the game and its as crappy as the day I bought it. If it works, its a great game, but it only worked a handful of days outta that time period. What I want out of a support channel is for support staff to respond to complaints. I see people posting 'oh Im stuck and this screen' or 'oh I get this error' and then have some useful solution posted. Like 'yes we are having a problem with that and it should be fixed in the next patch' or similar. But instead we get unhelpful postings from people saying 'its in beta' and 'be patient' and 'you don't know how servers work.' And thats crappy (on top of the performance issues, you can't layer crappy support and expect success.)

This being said, they did tell us servers would be at 100%, 3 weeks ago. Which has turned out to be a blatant lie since server performance has not improved at all

i was in a game when all of a sudden the servers went down and it kicked me to the main menu and told me that i've been banned, i thought it was a bug so i tried to restart my game, then the launcher didn't open, when i logged into the site it said that i've been banned for violating the terms and conditions but i've done nothing to violate it, i've never hacked. I was using a vpn at the time because my internet was slow , that anti-cheat might have thought it was a lag switch (the government slowed down the internet that day because of some news going about), i've tried sending a support message but they just send an automated message not clarifying anything, please help me

Thats why they try and make diffrent floors have diffrent sound queues. For instance floor 1 might have wood while floor 2 might have metal. It is up to the player to know the diffrences to get a one up on his/her opponent.
