I agree with people saying " its just a beta " is not a good reason to defend. To me beta just means the game is unfinished they're still working on polishing the bugs and adding new stuff for it to be a 1.0 release, it doesn't deal with servers. From my understanding BSG handed the servers to a third party company and that company cant handle the player load / surges of new players BSG keeps putting into the game with giveaways and sales.
