Yeah I heard you don't have to reset your account. Tried to buy the EOD upgrade almost two weeks ago and saw it was charging me the full amount instead of the difference. Sent in a ticket and haven't heard from them since unfortunately.

I can take the waits, I cant take the server outages occasionally, but all of that and more at once gets to be alot. Schedule maintenance and even unscheduled maintenance is occasionally OK. Frequent unplanned errors of multiple types is ... its difficult to be patient
