@ashen rapids actually i just got my game to work! if your game crashes, try uping your virtue memory. If you disconnect with server constantly, try connecting to cellphone hotspot

I have been running into a very annoying bug in game that I cannot seem to find anything about online.
Randomly, inside my inventory menus, the right click context menu shrinks into a small black dot. (imgur screenshot linked below, menu is circled in red). Once this happens I can no longer right click anything else and I cannot leave the inventory screen. I can move items around and change the tabs at the top. To attempt to fix this I have tried alt+enter, minimizing the game, and alt tabbing but had no success. The only resolution I have found so far is to alt+F4 to exit game and reload. This has happened both inside a game and in the menu.

anyone know what to do to solve this error? I just finished a scav run, but after I safely exited the map, i only had the equipment that i started with. I then tried reconnecting three times and it wouldnt reconnect. After closing and launching the game this error came up. I already cleared the cache through the launcher and checked for an update.

Uninstalled the game, did a clean installation, game seemed like it was working. tried another scav run and had the EXACT same thing happen. Safely extract the match and the only equipment visible is the starting equipment. Then it states an error and kicks me to the main screen and when i clicked leave match, it came up with an empty error box with a shrugging guy in characters - \ ( ) / -. Now it says cannot reconnect to the game. Its been an hour and a half dealing with this bullshit. Fix the damn game.

So I just did a pmc raid on customs and was just about to extract when I got "server connection lost". Are there any known sound bugs at the moment? just died wearing Sorden's without any sound whatsoever (my footsteps glitched out also)

yes there are
there are bugs with pretty much everything in this game including sound
i would say the most annoying bug at this point in time are the menu glitches that force you to force close and relaunch the game program - i encounter this multiple times a day
@kindred plover just keep retying - and make sure your download link is up-to-date there have been many updates this week so making sure you have the correct one would help - other than that just keep retrying - thats a very common bug

Hey got tarkov a little while ago and i install the bsg launcher and whenever i press install simply nothing happens i have removed the antivirus on it

so what should happen once you click install - a prompt should open up asking for admin access to install the game
sounds like its auto blockin that prompt
did you click "No" the first time?

sometimes a reboot helps and that prompt comes back - other than that i would try another reinstall on the launcher - the prompt needs to pop and you need to allow it to install with a "yes"

I can't reset my password, I've been trying to access my account to buy the game for more than six hours and the reset email doesn't arrive to my email (I've checked spam all the time)

@hidden ocean back even before the game blew up, sometimes their email servers took a while before theyd send the email. can only imagine how long it can take now since the playerbase exploded

@hidden ocean there is a known bug with bsg emails sending to hotmail and yahoo email accounts - i would suggest using a gmail
