My tarkov is broken, I extraced from reserve via t he manhole. Game says I was still in raid, so I press to rejoin it. Then it says it cant connect to the server, so I closed and relaunched tarkov. Same thing happened. So I conceded defeat and pressed confirm leave as if I disconnected and confirmed it. Then infinite loading. my fps is so bad in tarkov lately.. tried everything and im still running like 45-50 fps on customs and shoreline only ones i've tried so far. Reinstalling the game now, and I even got a 1 TB ssd i just installed, tarkov and windows 10 both on it as we speak.

My friend is having an issue with his game launching, and he has done almost everything up to reinstalling windows, (Obviously we have not reinstalled his windows) is there a way he could fix this issue, he boots up the game and it displays that it has booted up but there is no window. but it gets to the point where his mouse is infinitely loading and lags to the point where he must reset his computer. If it helps, he has a hybrid drive.
I bought it for him so I'm fairly concerned, right now he is asleep so we can't troubleshoot, but I would appreciate possible solutions!

Hi, I made a purchase of the game through the EFT site on Dec 30 through PayPal. PayPal confirmed the purchase, but the Xsolla payment system on the EFT website just sat at "awaiting payment submission". I submitted a support ticked on the EFT site, but haven't heard anything back. Hoping to play the game while I dealt with the issue and play the game while still had time off, I tried again on Jan 2. However the site failed to recognize the confirmation from PayPal. I still can't play the game and have two payments sitting in pending on PayPal.
I contacted Xsolla. They said they can't refund (despite not receiving what I paid for) nor have they done anything to pass the info on to Battle State.
I was excited to play this game, but this is becoming frustrating.

and i get around 90-120fps

Just to make sure I'm not nitpicking, the darker shadow on the top of the picture is literally following me as I move. As I move to the right the left side fades and moves darker side moves to right. Drops have nothing to do with the overlord. It's the visibility generated from larger streams from idle players bringing in new bodies that's overloaded the servers.
