Go there > click bsg launcher > then CefCache you see a folder named Local Storage > Delete it. empty your recycling bin and then relaunch the game.

ok - you can modify a defunct-weapon in your inventory - even the vital parts - that way you can restore it's working condition again, to take it out off your hands
still - i'd say the workshop should NOT take parts from live-weapons, only spares ...

Yeah it's the hardware. Tarkov doesn't run really well on weak hardware, but you can at least try to make sure there is not much running in the background and install the game on an SSD if possible.
Make sure to enable the auto ram cleaner ingame.

Though you can try to at least fix the desyncs by changing your server in the launcher and making sure your internet connection is stable. Maybe changing the DNS server helps as well.

@harsh salmon the SA servers are known to not be the best and it's hard for BSG to find better server in that region, sadly. I would suggest trying to select NA using the launcher while there are issues on SA servers and reporting the issue using the launcher.

The region lock just affects from where in the world you can launch the game not what servers you are able to connect to.
Though you can "upgrade" it to the EU version (no region lock) later if you have any issues.

@vivid briar I am pretty sure you need to gift it to someone else, but you can safely buy the "other" version and play on any server you want (including european servers). You just can't launch the game from a PC in europe.

Ok had a weird bug today and it ate my full 100% water filter i put in the collector, some how it timed perfectly and it said (0:00:00)... with no filter in there, i added it, and it delete the item and made it say complete to get the water. The water filter should had said 9h left on it

@daring sentinel make sure there is nothing running in the background that messes with files like antivirus or file-sync software. You can try to reinstall the launcher in a different location as well (I recommend C:\Program Files\BsgLauncher).
@hollow charm the support is very busy, so it can take a week or longer until he gets a reply. He just needs to attach proof that he bought the game from the official website and be patient.

I did a scav run a few hours ago...Spawned and within 30 seconds got killed by a team of 3. On the raid summary screen it said that I was alive for 30 minutes, killed 10 PMC's, recovered 5 weapons and healed for 400...That totalled like 10k xp...that was weird

It does sound like a hardware issue of some sort or it could be some network lag, but since you've said there's been no changes I don't know what could be causing it.
The best I could suggest is to verify your game files and power cycle your router, just to ensure your connection is clean and it's not a issue with the games files.

Is there anything the mod team on here can do to get in touch with Battlestate in regards to not being to access my account because the email verification code is not being sent? Its been several days now since I sent several support tickets to them the last one was sent on Saturday and I have got nothing back. I just want to play the game.
According to the forums a lot of other people who are using Emails like Hotmail and Yahoo are not receiving verification emails and nothing is being done about it. I get they are probably very busy especially during Christmas however a little clarity in regards to what is going on would be nice so we don't feel like we are just being ignored.

For those players having game issues, I would advise closing down as many background applications. For example Steam, Xbox & Epic for example. Then see if your problem still remains. Also check memory & Gpu drivers.
I'm currently testing with less running in the background.
Look at the drop down list of icons right of your task bar & close down what you don't need running.

Its almost impossible to get stable fps in the game, since its not optimized. And also a lot of the fps dips come from serverside. However you can minimize them.
@river dirge have you disabled full screen optimizations for the eft.exe?
Just google "disable fullscreen optimization"
And there are some other thing you can try to atleast get your system to not be the cause for dips.

I have tried at least 30 times to install the game but I keep getting the same error message I got ages ago. "unable to load the file "client0.12.1.5208.zip"" telling me that I dont have enough space to save the file "D:\Tarkov\BsgLauncher\Temp(live)EftClientDistr0.12.1.5208.distr.zip. I have at least double the space the game requires to install and have tried to do it way too many times, completely uninstalling and restarting the computer between attemps as reccomended by a support ticket a few weeks back. Still nothing.

dunno if it's the same with tarkov some apps uses pagefile during install(pagefile is a temporary storage space in your drive being used like a ram)

But if you still have the issue after that, reinstall the launcher in C:\Program Files\BsgLauncher and run this script before doing so.
Install the game in C:\Program Files\EFT after that.
