Try to do an integrity check and clear your cache using the launcher. Remove your local.ini file in Documents > Escape from Tarkov after that.

Has anyone else had a problem with shooting not working when you left click? Just lost a mill worth of stuff in a raid due to the problem. Was waiting for a guy around a corner and shot him. Then his friend started running away. I looking over the corner to find my gun didn’t shoot. Switched weapons, my other gun didn’t shoot as well. Changed mags and by this time he had thrown 3 nades right under my poor bear feet. I put in a support ticket and haven’t heard back yet. Can they get my gear back or is it gone forever? Just a poor level 23.

Just went into Interchange with an basic AK and killed KILLA and his goons. I looted everyone safely and took KILLAS RPK and helmet. After looting the dead scavs I proceeded towards extract down the stairs and randomly dropped dead. On the death screen I was told I was killed by Killa with a headshot, Pretty fucking odd considering he was dead and I was equipped with his gear.

Reserve-exclusive issues are common since it's a very big map. There isn't much you can do, sadly. You can try to clear your cache and do an integrity check, but I don't think it will help.

You should definitely move the game to an SSD if possible.

@drifting steppe that means that you will get all new items from an upgrade via an ingame mail, like the insurance system or when selling items on the flea market.

@gaunt coral restart your game and the insurance should be back. Just click "transfer all" and click next. Don't move anything in your stash manually while you are in the insurance screen.

you just told us ur specs and on lowest setting you will be able to play around 60-70fps but on the big maps you will be around 40-50fps

8GB of RAM are definitely not enough for Reserve. It's the biggest map in the game and as said multiple times by the devs, it's a miracle the engine can even handle it. Two patches have been announced for this months and we can only hope they will improve performance.

The game uses 6.5GB of RAM right now for me (offline Reserve). That are almost the whole 8GB. Now keep in mind that Windows on its own already sits at 3GB or more right after boot. And then there are other RAM hungry applications like Discord and Chrome.

I would highly recommend you to do that if possible. 8GB are not enough for gaming anymore, sadly. New maps that will be released soontm will most likely not be smaller either.

Close the launcher and run this script. It will get rid of temporary files and configs. Make sure there isn't anything running in the background that could mess up files like antivirus or filesync software. I would recommend you to change the game install path to a folder inside C:\Program Files\ like C:\Program Files\EFT

If it doesn't help, you can try to download it from another network like your friends house, for example. That way you can check if it's a network issues or something on your PC.

@dark crescent I maxed my FPS to match my monitor Hz (90) via MSI afterburner. Then I max the in game fps limit (120), but because I capped my FPS through afterburner i always run at a solid 90 frames. Also Vsync off both in game and in your system (nvidia control panel if you have it). I monitored my frametime through afterburner and fiddled with the graphics a little bit until everything ran smoothly, and that seemed to improve my overall performance drastically. A common misconception is that more frames the better, however there's no point in getting any excess frames than what youre moniter Hz is - for example you cant fit 120 frames inside 90 Hz and you will just be stressing your GPU.

Yes, it's a desynch glitch.
If you move all the items off your scav and press next then go back, it should error out and you should get your stuff back

hey so my game is downloading at 500 kilabytes per second when it usually is 10 megabites per second. I tested my internet speed and it is what it is supposed to be at. hey so i just got some sort of moving error with my keytool while in raid. I died whilst moving a painkillers out and a dog tag in. when i got back to character screen i had the painkillers and the dogtag in my alpha, but no sign of my 900,000 value key tool
