so when i downloaded that one file to install the launcher it tells me it file size is 65.2KB and size on disk is 68.0KB now one of my friends showed me his launcher and they arnt 100% his was 71,735KB. which is kinda weird another thing that weird is his launcher version says this BsgLauncher.0.7.1.563 and the one im getting from the website every time i download it is Bsglauncher.0.9.1.923
and is wondering maybe the website making me download a completely wrong version of the launcher or it infact that the ISP is blocking something with the download between me and battlestate games
so just curious what size is that one file for any of you guys and is it the same version number as the one i have

This game ran fine for him, this .12 drops and hes game is a mess
we played for 5 days after wipe, then for 3 days straight he couldent get past ''profile dating loading'' . Then that was fixed, few weeks later (now) everytime we finsh a raid he gets stuck sitting there loading and loading. Then ends up having to restart to sit loading again. Or, hes hideout freezes/glicths and fleamarket same way. Then hes traders glicth too.
But it happens every so often.
Like a on and off switch, because last night we did multiple raids with 0 problems.
And then the issue reoccured.

not the duplicate container one, I got in a state where when I would press del to remove an item from inventory, it would ask for destroy confirmation (like out raid). If yes the item would drop.
This part is "OK". But when I loaded bullets in my mag it was instant... I rebooted the game immediatly after hiding bc I'm pretty sure the bullets are still in the slots and I would get an error if trying to place item in it

@vivid briar make sure not much is running in the background like Steam, any antivirus or data backup/sync software. You can try to install both the game and the launcher in different folders as well. I recommend C:\Program Files\BsgLauncher for the launcher and C:\Program Files\Escape From Tarkov\ for the game.
You can use this script to get rid of temporary files and configs from the launcher in your AppData folder if you want to reinstall the launcher in a different location.

@slate ginkgo for me when i bought the game it wanted to do a security authorization thing where it would take like $0.15 cents and you would have to go and type that in to confirm i guess to prove that it not a stolen credit/debit card
once i completed that part it pretty much processed my order and got my copy of the game and when i upgraded to EOD i believe it was the same way
@silver heath i had it happen once i was on a 3 man team with my EFT friends and me and one guy could see our other buddy but he could not see us at all. i would stand infront of his gun and have him fire it and on his screen there nothing there but on mine his gun pointed at my face and legit did no damage. the way he fixed it is by reconnecting to the game then he was able to see us. just find a secured spot to dc and reconnect if you can but if you are having reconnection problems then i wouldnt recommend it

By constantly forcing the error to occur and have the game delete the duped item
Dont know how the game knows its the item but it does
By opening and closing inventory the error occurs and the duped item deletes
Ivge done that to each item and it seems resolved.

for me when that happen
i just slow down wait like 10-15 seconds then grab the item and wait a few seconds agian and drag it over
because sometime i go through the menu and items and flea market so fast the server/system cant keep up and gives me a error and items move back to where they were
just try slowly moving ur items and see if it does it cause you might be moving stuff way too fast for the server to keep up

Hey! Do support members work at the weekends or only on weekdays? Friday my friend has bought 3 copies of the game, the money has been charged but since than he had not recieved any e-mails and the support haven't replied neither on the site nor on twitter.

@elfin plume on their website they are working as fast as they can to get everyone copies and upgrades out the servers were completely swamped when they had the black friday sale
also did he check his spam folder too?

which is when you try to install the BsgLauncher.exe it gives a this app cant run on this pc error
