You can use meds and food from your inventory to top up your health, energy, and hydration. You aren't required to sit and wait for your stuff to go back up.
As for the combat time, I do understand that.
Tarkovs lots of walking and looting, with a minute-ish of gunfire, then back to walking and looting.

Look in your My Documents folders then Escape from Tarkov folder for a Local.ini. Delete it if it's there, if it's not please put this .ini in there.

Hey whats going guys? So I purchased the EoD DLC in .11 and after one reset I received the large stash and in game items. On the other had I didn't see the Crown and colored text in my handle or even the notice on the launcher / browser of me being a EoD edition holder. Instead it had always said Standard edition/ Gift activated. Mind you the full game was gifted to me and I had to pay the full price for the EoD DLC.
Now with the .12 release I reset my account to just at least see if id get the Crown and colored text in my handle. After I was finally able to log in on the dat of the massive launch I was somehow reverted back to having a standard edition stash and items. It was like I never spent the 140$ usd for the DLC. I contacted the support channel and they told me to wait the three weeks and reset my account again and all would be fine. There was nothing they would do to expedite the process of reset. So I patiently waited to reset..... Now standing here with you today I reset my profile and still in the same boat with nothing show for spending the money and being a loyal guy to community/ game. So its been about 5 days since I put in another support ticket and still haven't gotten a response. Please give a guy a hand and let me know if you ever heard of this or if you know someone in BSG and tell 'em to behoove themselves to get this soup sandwich squared away asap.

Me and my friend were playing as PMCs on Reserve. During the game we went to the hangar exfil (The one where you have to activate the power to escape) and noticed that it wasnt open. So we just hung out there for a few minutes and thought what to do next. Then suddenly we hear a lot of pops followed by all kinds of explosions, which means somebody must have used the AGP. Since you cannot fire into the hangar due to the angle, the only logical explanation must be, that one of the rounds landed on the roof. For some reason the blast can travel through 3 m of hardened bunker concrete, because i died from a single explosion and my friend got severely hit and would have bled out, weren't it for an enemy who killed him before that.

so i havent been able to play this game since the hot fix 2 weeks ago now cuz everytime i try to load in at around the 10 min mark i get server connection lost. its pretty frusterating that it happens on ever single raid. ive tried to look for fixs but came up empty.

Allowing the game thru the firewall. Turning off firewall and antivirus. Currently just flatout uninstalling norton to see if that does it. I couldnt find anything about ports or modem settings and my internet is fine
I could play relatively fine befor the hotfix 2 weeks ago. Longish load times at like 10 min but it would evwntually load. Now it boots me with server connection lost at around 11 mins

Ok.
Go into your My Documents then to Escape from Tarkov, delete the local.ini then try again.
I've had cases of the graphics config messing up some how and that causing connection issues.
If that doesn't work, try a reinstall next.

That's the "matching time". It is just the estimate time it takes to find a match on that server at the moment.

But EVERY time I leave one, be it escape or death, after I click past the post raid briefing stuff, I get stuck on an empty UI (like the parralax background thingy) and my disk usage goes to 100%, and my entire PC hard locks
So for now I have a .bat file pinned to my start menu that kills the game because without it my PC will literally freeze after ever raid. So now I have to kill the process after raid or Im fucked

You're not required to reset for EoD, and it will disappear but we don't know exactly when.
All the extra equipment will be delivered via ingame mail.

Networking issues are far from my strong suit, I apologize.
The only thing I can suggest is what others have: Restart your router, change your DNS, check your firewall, and possibly DMZ your router.

I would start with the DNS thing like google dns hasn't caused issues to me

For people having issues with downloading the update or downloading the installer. The issue is that your IP is being blocked by the CDN. Installed a VPN and immediately was working.
This is an issue that should be fixed. People should not need a VPN to download or update the game

whenever i play reserve, my screen will start to flash for 1/2 a second, every 15ish seconds
the issue persists if i close EFT too
but only reserve causes this issue, no other games either

i did not have an in game error. My error is whenever i play reserve, my monitor starts to flicker. its only reserve, and it persists untill i restart my PC
