I have a problem with installing EFT
I've had this exact same issue like a year or two ago when I bought the game
I know this is only for the launcher but then when I actually download the game and try to launch I get another issue due to certain files being corrupt
I don't know if there is any other way to download the installer for the launcher
I guess downloading from another web browser solved the issue?

I comment, Escape From Tarkov is my favorite game and I'm doing a Spanish community to encourage people to know the game and always have someone to play with, I've done it with other games like Day-Z or Scum and it's always been very good .
My question comes here, would there be an option for you to give me some test Keys of the game so that people who are still undecided realize that it is the best game in the world? Hello, im having trouble installing the game from the launcher and keep getting this error.

I have a physical and pagefile memory leak with this game.
No other game this has ever occured for me.
If i open the game, and sit in the menu, press nothing, and alt-tab for hours, nothing will happen
But as soon as i load something on my ram, ex: Items, maps, shit like that
The leak occurs, and slowly my pagefile clims to 90+ % and fucks everything up
Same with the physical ram, less extreme leak, and doesn't harm me, because memory cleaer fixes that, but i have no fix for the pagefile leak.
I've tried so much, reinstalling the game, tweaking graphics, borderless/fullscreen mode, upping my pagefile size
Nothing works!
My specs are: GTX 1080, Ryzen 5 1600, DDR4 16gb of ram, 60 gb of pagefile ram allocated, and my PC is in good condition
All my other games and even VR works perfectly fucking fine.
This is getting on my nerves because if i don't restart in time, my game will crash , or ill not crash, but all my other programs will cease to function and EFT will load EXTREMELY slow, and be super laggy, which has caused me to be teamkilled multiple times, it just happens now in labs because of this bullshit.

I would seriously consider upgrading to a gen 3 ryzen, that FX was outdated two years ago.
You'll see a definite performance bump, and you'll be set for the next few years.

I'm playing on an FX-8350 (liquid cooled), paired with a gtx 760 4GB, I get 30-40 fps on high and 45-60 on medium settings at 1080p. Just an anecdote to show the game can run on an older system. So I may have gotten oofed out of playing tarkov because the old HDD i was using broke and I got a fancy SSD to replace it with, and now when i try to install it it says that the drive that i selected doesn't exist. But there's no actual spot where I get to select where I want the BSG launcher installed

Everything else installed just fine. It seems to only be an issue with tarkov and the bsg launche4r
(I installed Steam so far, a bunch of stuff on steam, GOG stuff, and a few classic disc stuff. But they all ask me where I want my stuff to go and I can just select my SSD)

The BSG launcher installer starts off with whether or not I want a desktop icon, then just tells me to click install
If it means anything (idk, I'm just throwing stuff out here), the SSD is not my only drive. I have another smaller SSD separated for windows.

Just bought the game decided customs with a scab would be a good first run. After all the loading, sever connection failed. Reconnected 5 times before I got in, ran around for 30 seconds got disconnected, reconnected again 1st try, disconnected again after 10 seconds. Loaded up factory on my main character, loaded in first time, played for a minute and disconnected, no option to reconnected. Loaded into customs again on main charscter, loaded on 1st,disconnected after some sever rubber banding.

I don't think you'd need a VPN, you should just be able to change your connected servers on the launcher if your connection is good enough.

I can't which is the problem, they're more than 150ms ping and I can't change to any server regardless of ping on the launcher for some reason.. I had that bug for ages.

You could try this: control panel > set it to large icons in the top-right corner > click on "network and sharing centre" > click on "change adapter settings" in the top-left > delete all connections you see that don't seem like your actual wifi adapter connection > double-click the last available connection > click on properties > double-click "internet protocol version 4 (tcp/IPv4)" (not the checkbox, just the name!) > set everything to automatic > restart PC

That sounds like it could be that the vpn software messed with the adapter settings and now refuses to connect to the vpn server.. What I said before: Uninstall the vpn software, remove all additional adapters and set everything in the last existing one to auto
That should get your internet working again without any vpn, if it is really because the vpn did something with those settings, which it probably did
