Whats with the lag when shooting? I get buttery smooth FPS on high settings at 1080p and 1400p and yet shooting at all will hang the game up every shot

Hey, does anyone know why I have a ton of issues when loading into BSG servers? I primarily play PVE, but I can't do scav raids on Factory, as I will get stuck loading, and then it freezes on 100% loot loading, but if I'm playing a raid on local servers on any map, I can load in perfectly fine and smoothly too. From my limited knowledge, I'm assuming it requires more hardware to run locally, so I'm guessing it isn't a spec issue, but this is really limiting my ability to play on Streets or any place where it requires BSG servers. But recently I’ve had this issue where if I look even in the direction of an ai scav or pmc, even if they’re like cross map, my game will freeze for a moment and it will constantly stutter. Changing fullscreenbordless to equal 2 in the graphics ini fixed it for me I think. I ended up being patient and sitting through the inital load screen for a while until it finally loaded. Not certain thats what fixed it, but I hope that helps.

Bought the game on Steam, had an account on the website before but it was not linked to Steam. Launched the game launcher once and it automatically made an account without asking anything. Now when i try to link my existing website account to Steam it says my Steam account is already linked to another one. When i click the Steam login button on the website it directs me to "Completion of Account Activation" which is basically a new account creation where you enter your email. Which means there is no account made, entering my old website account says email already exists.
What do i do to link my steam to my old website account?

Edit: If anyone else comes across this, i fixed it by using the steam login option on the website, then creating a new BSG account with a different mail than my main one. I then unlinked the steam on that new account and linked it in my main account.

And then I downloaded the game and opened it on Steam

And then it opened the BSG launcher with my already linked account

It says hand over roubles from EFT balance (This is done, it says 1 000 000/1 000 000 with a checkmark)
But on Arena, it says 0/1 000 000, effectively soft locking me out progressing this questline.

I've tried a lot of what I've read online for similar issues, that being playing multiple Arena matches (I've played dozens) Doing a PMC raid, clearing cache. I can't abandon or restart the quest either. It's like there's a de-sync between EFT and Arena.

it's definitely the game's optimisation, you need some really good RAM and CPU with lots of 3d cache for it to render all the simulations of bullets, impacts and guns correctly
