If "nothing happens" when you try to install, and just see the install button again, with no progress after confirming the location to install, choose any folder within C:\Program Files (x86)\ like "EFT" in there and start the launcher as administrator. That location has less permissions and will work.

Yeah I know it's not a usual issue and it's probably safety measures in place so no one can steal accounts with the email. I just know I made an email specifically for the account and since then my cookies have been reset so it's not logged in anymore on my gmail. Even went through the trouble of getting bank statements that support everything bought on the account

Hey guys, during the free trial of arena I set out to finish the "To Great Heights" questline and towards the end of my trial I finished part 5 on arena, but when switching to EFT it showed the quest as not progressed at all. I put in a bug report and they said they're aware of it and working to fix it, but closed the ticket. Since my trial has ended, I still haven't been able to complete the quest. Howdy, I've been unable to join any of my friends groups. They'll send the invites and I simply wont recieve them. I can send them invites and when they accept, they join my group on there screen but it doesn't show them joined on my screen and when I start a raid, they don't get the raid join screen and I just end up alone. I'm a relatively new player and they have almost 10k hours between them so they want to show me the ropes. I'm just simply unable to play with them though. I made a support ticket and I got a, we're working on it. Was just curious if there is something I can do on my end to see if I can resolve the issue. I've tried Unfriending them and re-friending them, having different hosts, them sending different types of invites via looking for group, friends list etc., resetting my internet, game, pc, clearing caches, logs, checking integrity, updates, reinstalling the game and launcher, even resetting stuff in my command prompt, checking gpu drivers. Been troubleshooting for going on a week now and still nothing works or fixes the issue. Am I missing something blatantly obvious?

Hey guys, im brand new to tarkov and i had recently bought this game off of steam and logged in through my steam account. I never ended up linking the account to an actual email yet because I had forgot. So ive got about 50 hours on it. A month or two ago u guys did a free arena weekend which i made an account with the email my steam account is linked to as well. When i went to buy arena today i accidentally bought it with that original free arena account i used last month instead of my steam one that has my main tarkov game on it. How do i link them to where they both will be on the same account? I have still yet to set an email for my main account that has the original tarkov game on it and purchased. Eventually yes - it was a lot of making sure that my files were setup on the right drives. It kept defaulting me to C drive when I wanted files on E, so I had files in both that was messing it up I believe

Hello, i have performance and graphic issues. I have a pretty good pc (atleast i think so)
I have an AMD Ryzen 9 3900X CPU, RTX 3060 Ti 8gb, 32 GB RAM 3200 MHz, an SSD and a 165 Hz monitor. I spent over 5 hours in the settings optimizing the game to run atleast at stable 60 FPS. I'm having a problem where the launcher region list shows "crazy" pings for the servers closest to me and "normal" for ones that are pretty much furthest away from me.

I live in N-EU and would like to choose only a select few servers from here. Yet I can't because the pings for those are showing over 400-500. Yet I can choose Mexico because it has 160 ping.

Putting this here incase someone might be able to help. Tarkov has been repeatedly having kernel level crashes when it gets to loading player data when I launch the game. I've tried reinstalling the game and also clearing the caches and doing integrity checks. When it crashes I can't close it through task manager with admin permissions, process manager, or cmd with admin permission. The only thing I've gotten to work is reinstalling battle eye which has only been a temporary fix. Kinda at a loss on what I can do.

If "nothing happens" when you try to install, and just see the install button again, with no progress after confirming the location to install, choose any folder within C:\Program Files (x86)\ like "EFT" in there and start the launcher as administrator. Tigr Safari is keeping me from progressing. It’s the only peacekeeper task I currently have. I have marked two of the three tigr vehicles, but the third is bugged. Tbh since it's stable and my temps don't go up I don't mind it, I also dislike streets because that map imho just ass. The only thing that saves it is the loot.

Yeah my buddy had a super strange issues where he was crashing right towards the end of raid every single time.

Tried all the fixes.

Found out the memory leak used up all his ram right before raids would end and crash his game *hes got a beefy computer.

But it was only set to use half his CPU so he had to change the windows setting or bios setting to unlock it to max

look at a quest such as bronze pocket watch, yes you got the item but however you didnt turn it in and claim your rewards, you died with it, now you have to get the watch again, same premice fam

not really, you have to kill 3 scavs and extract, and if you use meds in the raid you fail it, that's pretty clear even though crappy design... but its predictable. most tasks that require you to extract after completing the subtasks will reset the subtasks if you die... the scenario with the arena task is completely different especially since you have to switch between games by completely exiting one and loading the other.
