Hi there, I think I need help. I cannot start the game. I open the launcher, then launch the game and I get a black screen with the logos of the game below but they look like faded out and then it never loads and when I alt + tab it says that it has stopped working. I have tried 2 clean installs (launcher included), cleaning th cache, verifying integrity, compatibility mode, run as admin, firewall exception, drivers update (AMD 7800 xt) and I really don't know what else to do. The only thing that changed the splash screen was when I ran the tarkov.exe without the launcher. I got the splash screen with the image and full colors but then of course it never loaded. For every troubleshooting step I have to restart the whole pc. I also tried turn off the full screen optimization or something like that by right clicking the .exe.

My computer has been really struggling to run the game for around a week now, where I will be fine doing things outside of raid like interacting with hideout and using the flea market. But as soon as I try to get into a raid on either pmc or scav I will load fine up until I get to "loading loot pools". At that point my load progress slows down drastically. for me it is only when running scav on specific maps like customs, seems to be a hardware issue as my good gaming pc has no issues like that
however i also had massive lags in the game, deleting the battelstate folder in appdata fixed some of those issues - maybe just clearing the cache will do the same

at the end it seems like the pings to the servers are not reaching, ending in an disconnect
assuming that the high load during loot load is somehow blocking the client - server ping
you can observe the high ping on the top right corner while getting the disconnect
