Hey, I'm having an issue with installing EFT, I was able to install Arena perfectly fine but when attempting to install the main game it get's stuck on "Calculating time 0/0MB". What fixed this issue is that, i upgraded illumination to level 2 and then came this 228 - could not reach needed count bug, then i press OK and go to menu then back to hideout then illumination says "install" install worked out then i tried to construct shooting range and security and it worked, 228 - item moving area 15 is now at level 0, level 1 required is no more. feel free to ask me about this if you have this bug.

Error 228 in the hideout anyone that gets it i have a workaround for you, The item that wont upgrade find what you needed to be able to upgrade the problem area and upgrade that one again. So for me my shooting range was giving me error 228 Area 15, so the only prerequisite for the shooting range is illumination so i just upgraded my illumination from lvl 1 to lvl 2 and i have now managed to upgrade my shooting range and security door both were giving the Error 228 Area 15. (hope that makes sense and it works for you too.).

nope not yet. 2/5 of my friend group is currently affected by this. its also happening on arena so both games are effectively unplayable for me right now unless i hide for the first 10 minutes in raid just in case it happens. I googled it and it looks like this isnt the first time this has happened, but there arent any fixes on google either. i sent in a bug report but im not expecting anything out of it.

i just updated all my drivers, cleared game cache, and did an integrity check but i think im just kinda done with tarkov until the next update cause i cant do anything in raids without my video freezing

Has this happened to anybody else? I know there is issues with XP progression Sync. I've had my fair share of that and have done workarounds and my xp still seems to be synced. But... My Skills progress has always been synced. But now that seems to have stopped in Arena. Skills are still progressing in EFT, but not progressing if I play arena and its not syncing skills from EFT anymore.
Is this the same bug as the xp bug? Do I need to do a eft raid, and arena ranked TF to get my skills to resync? or is it supposed to stop?

I just want to ask if anyone else has seen this bug. I've gotten this white box bug many times this wipe and the last while in raid. It happens when looting. The item I was trying to loot disappears, and this white box appears over the center of my screen. The only way to fix it is to restart, which isn't possible while in raid on PvE. I've seen posts on reddit regarding this issue, but they haven't gained any traction at all, I want to see if anyone knows whether BSG is doing anything about it since I can see this bug has been in the game for a long time now.
