The launcher will probably not send the information to the server. Most people have had the problem since they had the new launcher or the new update. The last emails went out around December 14th, 2023 and December 15th, 2023.

The only way to change your email is to go through a bunch of checks with support. This will likely take weeks as their response time is slow. You will need proof of purchase as well e.g. bank statement

The emails come from different providers, that is to say, the password resets and activation codes come from different systems (which is normal). The whole email has DNS issues, though it seems to work fine on gmail, so that might not be the problem.
I am still of the opinion that microsoft blocked an address (nothing new in BSG's history) and BSG has issues unblocking it.

Use the link in the pinned messages and you can download the game directly. You will need to link the install path in the launcher once you have downloaded it though
