Greetings. I'm having a technical issue that's critical to playing the game. My game stutters every time I fire a shot from any firearm. This bug renders nearly every weapon save for melee harder to use, and makes automatic fire almost impossible to use in any sort of situation that requires it. Hey. Constantly getting packing loss up to 40 % at the beginning of raids and when loading in. It randomly goes away like 5 minutes later, but sometimes I can't even spawn away due to packed loss up to 80%. This seems to happen on my scav raids for anything besides factory and sometimes PMC raids as well. Anyone know any reason why?

My raids start at 100% gpu usage and I usually have 110fps on customs and then it goes down to 50% and I get 60-70 frames. WHile i t's still good fps the fact I can get 110-120 but am being limited by some phantom force is pissing me off.

Try deleting graphics.ini first and try again, then delete the rest if you still have the problem.

you dont need dlss at 1080p with your gpu, id consider dropping ssr to medium or high and turning hbao to max performance, ultra is extremely demanding on ssr, depending on how many frames you like to play at, take a look at resampling 2x aswell as you have a lot of gpu power to work with

same situation here your gpu is strong enough and the cpu could use an upgrade at some point, can turn textures to med, overall visibility 1500, and if you dont mind the shadows from hbao max perf is all you really need, helps make the game look nice with a small frame reduction

Windows + R
Open your run page and type in 'control sysdm.cpl'
Go to the advanced tab, under performance hit settings
Advanced again, and change the paging file size
Select an SSD drive
Untick automatically manage paging file size for all drives
Use 16000 minimum and 25000 maximum
Once you’ve entered your size of virtual memory, click Set, then click OK to apply the changes.
After that, restart your computer and give it another go

Keep in mind this will take up some extra space on your SSD for as long as you have that volume on

This will also very slightly decrease the lifespan of your SSD
Modern SSD’s will barely be affected (might even not be affected)

I had an issue with my pc blue screening when playing tarkov, (With tarkov being being more intensive and using more) I never noticed it on any other games. I than looked up the errors codes for the crashes. and when I got a different code and it was more specific for the crash. It was a ram related issue, I already new to benchmarking that my ram was only running 60% of its possible speed anyways. I ended up just buying 4 new sticks of 16gb 3600 for only $150. Havent had an issue since.

Right click the desktop and click on nvidia control panel. Then click on resolution on the left. Click on your monitor on the top if there's more than one. Then click on the drop down menu and select 240. Also make sure your resolution is set to the highest the monitor supports saying (native) under the PC list.

Then apply.

The reason for this is that displayport has more bandwidth that is needed

You might be able to get 240hz 1080p though

Updating your graphics driver might be needed if you are indeed on display port.

Hello I keep getting the "game aborted" message when loading lott usually around 90% I was able to do a couple scav factory raids and one streets raid and both worked fine. Before this was an issue this game ran smoothly on my computer, and my ping for US central is only 33. Please help.

Its been happening about 95 percent of the time though

night factory raids seem to work about 30% of the time

also im getting run througs on those night factory scavs even when looting a bunch

you need to get 500 XP minimum (Typically a kill w/ headshot + looting XP) or fill 45+ slots to get enough looting XP to avoid the timer, timer is 7 minutes to not get runthrough, so for night factory, you have to leave AFTER 18 minutes remaining.

And it's 7 minutes from start of raid timer, not 7 minutes alive in raid on scav, as confusing as that might be

also I tried changing my mtu to 975 (the highest number where the packet wouldnt be fragmented) but most people aving this problem set there's to 1350 which doesn't work for me. Is this a problem?

I bought a new computer 5 months ago for 3300$. Tarkov crashes daily for me. Almost always as soon as I load the game up. I always check my hideout first and it crashes right away. Then it's like it waits a while and usually i'm in a raid or sorting stash out after a raid and it will crash again. usually 2-3 times a day. My buddy who bought a 4300$ computer and he uses programs to optimize pc for playing tarkov. I downloaded those same programs and my game still crashes everyday. Before I do a full hard reset, could anybody maybe help me troubleshoot it? Tried looking for a crash log to see if it gives a reason for the crash but I can't seem to find anything like that. I always click to report it when it crashes tho. Thanks in advance.

The fact those folders up there had nothing in them are a problem and the cause.

Something is preventing the launcher from accessing those folders, most likley antivirus.

Can you go to Start (in Windows) > type "view reliability history" and see if there's any error entries for when you crash? Look at the details and look for the fault module name for a clue to what's causing it.
