stability in tarkov is hit or miss but i would recommend watching a video on optimization. turning of vsync helps a lot but you have to do it a certain way to actually turn it off

i managed to finally fix this problem, not only you need to upgrade security to lvl 2, but also vents.. once you do that it will give you an error ( for the vents ) like "228, could not count" something like that.. go back to the main menù.. do not close the game.. go back to the hideout and the vents will be ready to install.. no construct timer and also didn't consume any items required for the upgrade... after this all the other bugs are gone

for everyone who has an issue with their generator, not being able to put fuel in it and not being able to upgrade nutrition station
I just fixed mine, not sure if all these steps are needed, but this is what I did and seemed to fix it for me:

1. before upgrading, I closed the game and opened it up again. after game opened, I upgraded generator to level 2. this gave an error
2. I opened the hideout again and the generator seemed to be build instantly, so I could press install for generator level 2 and did this and closed and opened the game again
3. after this, it seemed generator was fixed (but it was level 1), I first upgraded nutrition station, seemed to work, just in case, closed the game again
4. then I upgraded generator to level 2, now waiting for the time and just in case, closed the game again

not sure what area number 2 is, maybe it's lavatory itself, but find out which module this is in your hideout and follow these steps:

1. upgrade that hideout module from 1 to 2, this will give you an error message and send you back to main screen
2. go back to hideout, that upgrade should be "done" immidiatly, open that module and press install, this won't give any errors
3. restart the game and you will see that that certain hideout module is still level 1 and not level 2, but it would have fixed the issue
   and you won't have lost your stuff, so you can still upgrade it to level 2

I solved it by doing the following:

1. upgrade generator to level 2, this will throw an error and returns you to your main screen
2. go back to hideout and now you see generator level 2 is ready to install, press install
3. close the game and open it up again, generator will be downgraded to level 1, you got your resources back and generator is now fixed
   it's a bit annoying, that you need to grind stuff to upgrade generator to level 2 in order to fix generator level 1 bug, but probably faster than waiting for nikita to find a solution/solve it for you

Hi please I need a help, i probably messed up something in the nvidia settings or settings in game. Play this game for over 3 years and never had this issue until last wipe. The only other causes for this are a slow pc (which if it worked well the in the past ignore this one) and second, a problem with your connection type.

With the connection type problem there are 2 distinct direct causes, one is something you can check.

2. You are on a dual stack lite connection. Tarkov requires dual stack (not dual stack lite).
