So basically the server goes down everynight at 23:38 when I extract it gives an infinite loading screen then I task manager the game down and wait until the next morning because it doesnt let me back on the game, but I still have the loot the next morning

there's no fix, but you can prevent getting into a bugged session by looking at console while matchmaking. If it starts spamming exceptions, kill the client and restart

Hey, I am having some trouble getting into games because of the loading loot time. It usually gets stuck around the 60-70% mark for about 15-20 minutes depending on the map and I usually only have a couple minutes to book it to an extract. I've tried running bcdedit /deletevalue useplatformclock but it didn't do anything. Is this the right channel to ask for help in or should I go somewhere else?

I have Ryzen 7 3800x, 16GB RAM, Nvidia 2060.
The game files are running on an external SSD via USB 3.0 (budget build).
My system OS files are running on a separate internal HDD.
I can play 99% of other titles with zero issues.

I've created a virtual paging file on my external SSD at 20,000 MB.
The Windows C Drive for my system is 'System Managed', which EFT seems to use first, pushing my system HDD to 100% disk usage, then crashing my load-in and returning me to the EFT main menu.

If I turn off the paging file for my C drive, the OS boot creates a temporary paging file for my system OS to boot-up.

Is there any temporary solution so that I can play EFT until I sort out an internal SATA drive?

Hello recently my game after a restart started having multiple problems. First of all when I click the left button on my mouse anywhere it sends me straight to stash. Second of all multiple features don't work because of this for example the settings button works but entering the multiple categories don't work. If your budget can match it, get a 5700xt second hand (or new - refurbished) and look into the Ryzen 7 line. A 5700g would be great.

Further more, look at an m.2 ssd

And possibly a ram boost, 16 gab should be enough if you don’t plan on recording, streaming or having many tabs open in the background. But even 24gb of ram would be a big boost, or more conventionally 32gb (look at 3200mhz / 3600mhz) of course, everyone has there own opinions on system specs and preferences. But that’s just a recommendation

After some of hotfixes and little updates after 0.13 patch i can't load into any map that is not Factory. I loading into the game, it takes 5-20 minutes and after that i can walk for 2 seconds on one place (Animation of walking is there but no actual movement) then i get error says "Lost Server Connection" and game is 50/50 crashes or just kickes me into main menu.

I have seen improvement as I:
-raised internet priority of my pc on the router
-selected at least 4 locations around 30ms (min i have) -100ms (in the worse cases) ping. (with 3 locations still I had issues, with automated it was utter trash)

The game double renders when you ADS with scopes with powers higher than like 1.5x.

There is no fix for this besides either lowering your resolution or a planned feature with eyecups preventing the first level from rendering.

However also calling the ISP and asking to assign a fixed IP or anyway doing the adjustment to have an IP that is ok for such activities like (good pinging - and they know what to do) can help. I have already everything ok:
The problem is that this is an alpha testing of a software that maybe will be released in 2026 ... if not earlier or later... So those that have no issues work with EFT as streamers or have a gaming VPN (they do that as an hobby).. if someone wants to play hardcore immersion and want a good quality experience you need to be lucky...

The Fighting is based on using tricks to confuse the server tick rate and ping instead to actually play on a honest way of shooting and aim and whatever the game is about (cover, knowledge of weapoins and so on): people run into you to trick the FPS rate and thus "deny u the chance to hit them"... infact I much prefer PVE and in general not dealing with players because the maturity is very low... and this is a fact.

I do not resort to such cheeky low self esteem methods to win but just on damn simple aim and of course cover and tactics... those pseudo players shouild be limited in a league all of theirs with cheaters and such... it's the same bucket

from the day before today i was playing normally all of a sudden i couldn't do anything in the game and i got kicked out. Then I couldn't join so I left and since then I can't play online

This is one of the things I get, actually I get it all the times ping spikes to 800 1200 for some seconds or just abruptly without notice I get kicked and this is what I get. without any real game rubberbanding or else. it just happens

Yeah for me the game too is hard (not complaining on difficulty... it's allright that!) to play.. I can imagine those that stay all day or a few hours and have zero issues.. This poses even huge balance problems, and all the hints and tricks that BSG has put in place including prohibitions and limitations to what we can do HAVE NO MEANING and are actually an impediment to an equal competition.. They need to stop behaving like this is the final game. THis is beta testing and it has nothing to do with the game that will be played that must feature persistency and a lot of things I often mention in my explanatory posts on the official forums

I started to have time outs ( around end 2022 and with this new update)... ping or just whatever the code of BSG EFT does. When I played in 2019 and 2020 had nothing. Game had only that funny half second freeze\stutter like a synchronizing with the mapo and then all was ok.
Yesterday and the day before wasn't good at all but when I reconnected at 1AM (not a sustainable time to play for a human) and later it was fluid.
It's just a matter of SERVERS and the game coding and probably third party attacking BSG as it is a russian company a mix of things they won't disclose but they should be transparent about:

I am a sincere player with not huge time and I wish the performance was more consistent...
After all we are testing here. This is something no streamers says because they are all busy making money, but we are testing and this won't be the game (I dnt mean in quality only), but what we do in it.

However we would like to enjoy a bit the testing, since we spent quite some money even for standard edition

I would like to have a vadevecum with what to do to improve quality. It seems that there are some "no power saving mode for Ethernet card" (I hope this won't lead to damaging of it)

then also try to check if there are dedicated drivers in your MOBO web site. to update them...

I checked also my router (ISP provided) and put priority to this device. It seems to help.
I havent seen updates by BSG .. maybe they are working on their servers.
I keep repeating geopolitical topics of hacker attack because it's undoubtable that even if inLondon their biz can come under attack by fanatics...

I wish BSG had a couple of people spreading OFFICIAL what to do stuff to improve connection etc.

I am not a streamer, I am not gonna use VPN for gaming, I do else in life than playing only games and earn from that, (I actually despise this game has strongly used streamers to be profitable... as that causes a LOT of distortion on what actually this is all about)... EFT should be more development less marketing via streamers
