As some context, fresh installed driver's, wiped windows, changed SSD's everything you can think of even tweaked resized bar, boosted 5G profile for 11900K, W11 22H2

While playing great FPS as expected, but all of a sudden when looking right or left fast FPS dips to below playable, after remaining still and not looking FPS jumps back up to 160+ tried different maps, and offline map to ensure wasn't specific maps. Having no issue with my other system 13900K/3080ti/128G of ram.

\this is my laptop, which should run tarkov fine. i had problems before with bigger maps but now its unplayable. loads more than 10m (much faster in single tho) fps are "pretty good" but very often spikes to low ends (below 10). on smaller maps its rpetty good but still i can get spikes below 10 in some moments. ive tried optimisation tips from google/youtube videos but nothing seem to help. thought i upgrade my ram to 32 (but its quite expensive as i have to buy 2x new and sell old one). some people still play at 8gb pretty fine and i can't at 16gb so i dont think its the problem. can anyone help?

So, I was speaking on Alliekat before I left for lack of actual any lead's, but it seems like I am having an issue with the 11900K Specifically, change boot drive to my 3rd pc, running windows 11 22H2 with another 11th gen processor, and higher rez screen and no lag. It's 1000% isolated to either the processor and or the MB having processing issue. As the pc had a 3080ti and 3070 swapped in with same results.
