another thing, with cloudy weathers I get +20 fps easily so these flickering shadows are robbing FPS like nuts on woods. I wish I could choose to only raid at cloudy weather for this reason but meh

Hey so in a raid my gun got jammed and none of the other keybinds were working. I could move, open inventory but that's about it. my inventory was also bugged, I couldn't move or use anything (said unmovable inventory wasn't moving then blinking, I just could not get any interaction with the items in my inventory). I could not unjam my gun, reload, ads, change guns, use my inventory, or anything other than move and look at my sad, dying inventory. I've not heard much about this previously but does anyone know why this could be happening? I've recently moved my external storage device but I've done file verification on most of my game, regardless I'm going to uninstall and reinstall the game, but stuff like this has happened before anyway.

Alright, it happens so often atm that the game is unplayable in that state. Game freezes, packet losts, high ping even after selecting ONLY my countrys server (Poland), whenever I try to load into the game, both scav and pmc, my game runs perfectly for only 3 seconds, then freezes fully and either I have to close it with task manager or wait till it unfreezes, but after that it just says connection lost. It started happening around month or two before the event and just after the event it go so bad that I cannot simply play the game. Shooting randomly stops working, but everything else is fine, sometimes I cannot heal, even tho my hands aren’t busy. I tried reinstalling my whole system, changed gpu, changed cpu and still the same stuff is going on, so I don’t know anymore, is it my fault or server’s fault?

Tho, I want to point out that, whenever I load as pmc and it kicks me out and then I rejoin again, then and only then the freeze occurs (or it occurs randomly in raid, idk why it does that, there is no like, special thing I do for it to happen), but whenever I load as scav, it happens already as I load in the first time, and seems to always happen at the exact same moment every single time, after 3 or 3.5 seconds after screen shows up.

Try deleting graphics.ini first and try again, then delete the rest if you still have the problem.

currently experiencing a bug where I loaded into a lighthouse raid with my friend hosting on washington DC and new york. I became stuck at the "awaiting sessions start" screen while my teammate loads in. I alt f4 in order to restart my game and when i load into the game it puts me at the menu. When I look at my stash it shows me with 9 health and nothing on my inventory. However my friend who's still in the match sees my body frozen in place, he can't kill me to insurance fraud my items. My other teammate however who was able to load in saw my body dead on the ground and was able to loot it.

A lot of people seem to have stuttering lately. Me included. Some things you could check: Is the game on a SSD? Do you have a pagefile also on a SSD? How much vram does your GPU have? Do you have Mip Streaming enabled? Do you have stutter if you chose the lowest graphics settings?

I run 40-70 in customs, my gpu and cpu are abt 40-50% each and my ram is maxed out, its only 8gb ddr4 and not the best pc ryzen 5 2600x and gtx 960 :/

currently experiencing a bug where I loaded into a lighthouse raid with my friend hosting on washington DC and new york. I became stuck at the "awaiting sessions start" screen while my teammate loads in. I alt f4 in order to restart my game and when i load into the game it puts me at the menu. When I look at my stash it shows me with 9 health and nothing on my inventory. However my friend who's still in the match sees my body frozen in place, he can't kill me to insurance fraud my items. My other teammate however who was able to load in saw my body dead on the ground and was able to loot it.

Just wondering what caused this issue for both me (Randomly freezing and randomly dying, I didn't die of hunger) and what the issue (visual bug) was for my friend

Hey, i have 32 GB of RAM as well and Tarkov does not seem to max it out, but I still have a pagefile, because why not? Try turning Mip streaming of. With 11 GB VRAM you should not need it and apparently it caused problems for some. Check for new NVIDIA drivers too. They seem to release them almost every other day lately.

hello i dont know if anyone can help i got a pretty decent rig although low gpu utilization on 1440 p

ryzen 5 5600 x rx 6750 xt

playing on 1440 p got around 100 ish frames but sometimes gpu goes to 80 % while cpu is around 40

well cpu is 40 anyways

also cpu is overclocked at 4.9 ghz

any ideas ?

the reason my game crashed in the end of every online raid (offline raids where no problem) and frroze in a white screen for 30 seconds on startup

apparently it was the network drives i mapped in my win explorer

i switched off my nas to safe electricity (wich i didnt do until recently)

it used to run 24/7 but now i only power it on on demand and thus i got red x-es on the mapped smb shares in my win explorer

apparently in that stat, for whatever reason, eft freaks out

1. why would it do that

Hello, I recently asked for support regarding abnormal amounts of lag in the game. Someone suggested changing the minimum and maximum file size which I did, and it seemingly fixed the problem. @modest ice Can you type "fps 2" into the console and check your RTT and PlayerRTT while/before you disconnect? For me PlayerRTT freezes when i acually loose connection. The Lost connection message comes a little later. RTT seems to be working still tho

That will give you more info on whats causing delays like mine I believe the "GameUpdate" is what goes red on mine not sure if thats ram or what but it does it consistently
