I have an i5-9400f, a RTX 2060 Super, 16gb of DDR4 ram and the game is installed on a fast 1tb SSD, I shouldn't be having any issues, while my friend with an inferior rig pulls butter smooth 90fps

And this happens in no other game, so I'm taking a wild guess and say the game just decided it doesnt like my pc anymore

Correct, I have checked the spam folder and usually they come from the website. I asked to change my email long time but they refused. Apparently i'm stuck.

You will need to email [e-mail] and say you can't get the email verification codes and ask to change it once more. Provide proof of purchase such as the receipts from xsolla in pdf form from your email and payment method proof in pdf form, attached to that email.

I would suggest a gmail account just for tarkov

Gmail seems to have the least issues with emails.

Cancel the queue, let's bump your pagefile size

Windows + R
Open your run page and type in 'control sysdm.cpl'
Go to the advanced tab, under performance hit settings
Advanced again, and change the paging file size
Select an SSD drive
Untick automatically manage paging file size for all drives
Use 16000 minimum and 25000 maximum
Once you’ve entered your size of virtual memory, click Set, then click OK to apply the changes.
After that, restart your computer and give it another go

Keep in mind this will take up some extra space on your SSD for as long as you have that volume on

This will also very slightly decrease the lifespan of your SSD

Modern SSD’s will barely be affected (might even not be affected)

Hey, i went through the EU servers as you suggested. Didn't seem to make a difference. I get disconnected right after spawning. Sometimes i manage to reconnect and where able to finish a few raids, but other times every attempt to reconnect fails. On some occasions, when trying to open the server selection screen in the launcher, i got a gateway error and no servers showed up. RTT was around 30 and Player RTT around 60. I noticed tho, before loosing connection Player RTT was 0 while RTT was around 30. Any other ideas?

Windows + R
Open your run page and type in 'control sysdm.cpl'
Go to the advanced tab, under performance hit settings
Advanced again, and change the paging file size
Select an SSD drive
Untick automatically manage paging file size for all drives
Use 16000 minimum and 25000 maximum
Once you’ve entered your size of virtual memory, click Set, then click OK to apply the changes.
After that, restart your computer and give it another go

Keep in mind this will take up some extra space on your SSD for as long as you have that volume on

This will also very slightly decrease the lifespan of your SSD

Modern SSD’s will barely be affected (might even not be affected)

Curious if anyone has input on a issue im having that is completely stopping me from playing the game, every time I try and load into a raid my computer completely crashes. Like a BSOD but with no error, In event viewer i get a Kernel Power Critical error, and i've ruled out all hardware issues. Which leads me to asking here.

Ive done all of the above except reseating the GPU, just recently fresh installed Win 11 and all of my drivers including the Visual c++ redistrobutions

Ive ran a full system stress test for 2 hours with no crash

I could reseat my gpu if you believe that could help.

But would be strange that tarkov is the only application that causes this, as i play many other games with no issue.

Im also not sure if there are any crash logs being saved that i could upload or share as the only logs i see dont seem to show much.

I used a program called OCCT which tests all of these components at once, which is also how ive ruled out my psu as a issue. As i watched both cpu/gpu and memory pull full power.

It also shows if there are and voltage dips on any rails and over 2 hours there were none.

My best guess is that its a super aggressive memory leak, or simply a setting that is causing the issue but I cant find any others that have had this problem recently.

I could revert to an older bios, but i currently have the newest version for my motherboard

@modest ice Fixed my issue, and even though it was hard to diagnose, it was my PSU, the issue was just super intermittent when doing stress tests, but after about 12 hours of diagnosing. Grabbed a PSU out of my old pc and its fixed. Thank god, was about to throw the thing out the window.

I am getting connection loss right on the start of every raid and half of the time I'm getting connection loss right after reconnecting for the remaining raid. Every now and then I manage to reconnect in a scav raid and stay in it until extraction. The game in unplayable right now. If you only disconnect like this on Tarkov and can never stay connected this usually means your connection from your internet service provider is not "dual stack" which means you do not have a unique IPV4 and IPV6 address. You could either have a shared IPV4 address or lack an IPV6 address.

No, it would have to be something you talk to your ISP about, and they may not know what "dual stack" means so you may have to contact tier 2 support. If this is even the problem.

Since you have not tested other games and since you can reconnect and not have the problem again that raid (usually this problem happens over and over without stopping, the dual stack issue) if you're on WIFI I would try wired, or change the channel of your wifi band in the router settings, and see if the problem happens in other games.

If your ping is going very high and stays that way it could be an ISP re-routing issue.

If that is the case a VPN should help, but not all VPNs work with tarkov.

Because I used to have that exact same issue, you need to go into the software of your mouse and change the polling rate

Because for some reason, 1000 polling rate caused really bad stutters when moving the mouse really quick

I currently have the polling rate at 125 because anything above it causes my computer to start to hard stutter

If you've tried a bios update, reinstall gpu drivers in clean install (if AMD use the 3rd pin in this channel) and lowered your ram speed and also lowered the polling rate of your mouse to lower than 1000 I am not sure what else to suggest.
