Just put what you had it as and say the email you have. If it was hijacked the account is probably banned anyways.

There's a chance it's not banned but I am not sure of any reason to hijack an account unless they were a hacker.

hello guys I have special question... on woods (happens on other maps too) I have like120-160fps but when I come close to the scav bunker or look on cultist circle to specific place my fps drops to 50-60 (it is always specific place, in scav bunker one wall 50fps and when i look on second one I have again 150 ). hi all im deseperate for help here as im experiencing issues that have made the game unplayable.

i have been experiencing some performance issues and lagging for a while that was never major until a few weeks ago when my game freeze for a few seconds in nearly every pvp encounter but i looked online and asked in this server for advice and it somewhat fixed the issue but not entirely, a friend suggested i update my graphics drivers and optimise my graphics setting which i tried to no success. Im not sure if this is related but i could not load into a scav game without crashing multiple times beforehand, and upon loading in the performance was unbearable, i mean literally less than 1 frame per second. i was in a call with my friends when this scav issue happened so we played a PMC raid on customs when the same thing happened to my pmc, i could hardly move since the freezing/lagging was so severe and i eventually died to a player and the lag was so bad i saw each invidual muzzle flash from his rifle, obviously i was very irritated at this point so my friend suggested i take a break and uninstall and reinstall the game which i did, however this fixed nothing, i literally cannot scav becuase the load time takes 10+ minutes and then crashes the game and PMC raids take about the usual time to load but perform atrociously like i had described previously, the only part of this game that works for me right now is the main menu, inventory and traders. I am desperate to fix this as i have a lot of hours in this game and play it all the time so any advice at all is massively appreciated, thanks

You'll need the bios file from Asus here https://www.asus.com/Motherboards-Components/Motherboards/PRIME/PRIME-B450M-K-II/HelpDesk_BIOS/

And you will need a USB drive formatted to FAT32 (right click in My PC > format > fat32) and put the bios file "PB450MK2.CAP" on the drive and reboot your PC with this drive in and spam DEL to get into the bios, and go to the bios update section and choose that file from the drive and choose to update. Warning: do not turn off the pc while this is updating or it could literally brick it. I have seen this bios update fix this problem many times.

If you have never had a good raid since this started and you always get disconnected like this, this may mean that your internet connection from your ISP lacks "dual stack" capabilities and you only get an ipv6 connection and no unique IPV4 address. This is a problem you can not solve on your end, if this is the cause.

You could try unplugging the modem and router for 15 seconds from power to see if that helps, but it probably won.t

Can you go to Start (in Windows) > type "view reliability history" and see if there's any error entries for when you crash? Look at the details and look for the fault module name for a clue to what's causing it.

After that, restart your computer and give it another go
