No, there isn't, try not to aggro them until they are in fortress, if they see you, they'll basically never push you. Kill scavs inside, draws other scavs to the bodies which in turn can attract pmcs. Ai doesn't respond to gunshots or grenades, unless the shots or grenades are near them, that doesnt work.

Don't buy with the game running. If you buy again and still isn't working, close the game, re-log into the launcher then clear the game cache before launching the game again
