So, I finished all of the Lightkeeper quests, and decided to kill Sriracha-y for the achievement, and now I'm thinking about pursuing 'Snowball'. I've already started doing some of the 'Make Amends' quests, but I have NOT found the flash drive yet. If I go and kill Sriracha again at this point, before I've re-encoded my DSPT, will that cause the quest line to fail again? Or do I have until my DSPT is fully encoded again?

Well you can explode those orange tanks, or yeah find it on a boss or guard, or for me find a boss that won't headshot you instantly like killa, so I say reshala or partizan, and just have them shoot you but obviously you kill them before you do or take the long route and die and wait for it to come back in insurance

Customs is the shitty one. Its a hard one. You literally just have to SJ6 run there and hide and just wait. Don't let PMCs spot you from the outside or else they won't come in

I already do that. I check all the common areas and even the uncommon areas. But usually the AI PMCs kill a few of the scavs at the start of the raid. And for whatever reason, nothing spawns late raid

So if you enter the room under 1.5 minutes now, you'll get a run through
It used to be a goated extract if you had very little time left, and wouldn't be able to make it to the other extracts. Now it just sucks

If you read up a bit, you'll see that I was staying late in the raid, so I could hopefully get the last 2 kills for the ticket (15 interchange kills in 1 raid). But nothing spawned. Because of that, I extracted late, because I opened the saferoom earlier in the raid. But noooope. They just recently increased the saferoom extract from 3 sec, to 90 sec. All for 1 bugged quest. Instead of actually fixing the bug
