pmc difficulty hasnt seemed to changed at all, but at least from my experience personally, all sorts of ai will have different difficulties at a roll of the dice

sometimes you will get a scav that just hits you over and over with an sks but most are braindead, and its the same w pmc's, especially depending on the gun they have
