Honestly it's mostly personal preference, but Generally, keep ergo >50, ideally >60 but no need to be much more, then get recoil as low as you can. Personally, I always use longest barrel and best handguard and barrel compensator for recoil, then I think rk-2 grip with MOE + pad on ARE tube for stock

For tarkov meta generally refers to a good balance between ergo and recoil. Usually keeping weight as low as possible, with 50+ ergo and then the lowest possible recoil you can get after those two are met

At the end of the day it's all a balance of if you want to feel more "snappy" when aiming for 1st shot time to target, or you'd rather your bursts be more accurate but take a bit longer to get on target
