They will rotate, you just need to be patient, I did a task in woods that require 15 kills by sniper rocks, had to wait till until 22 minutes for them to venture from village to bunker

Not at all lol, i know the map and the poi's its just hte distance between any and everything, its a relatively barren map in pve with minimal actual action

I would dislike woods less if the ai was just better, or more of it so we could have actual interactions at any point between those locations

but its just difficult to blame the map itself for the lack of PMC's properly wandering like they should, so often i find groups of them just full crouched by a singular stash in the middle of the woods

it all comes down to how they behave, sometimes they rush you in cluster, and having to fire a 25 round at 4 different targets is not fun, you could argue for fast reload but then aagain, miliseconds matter for those scavs
