Lv 22, my advice is:

• Keep playing PMC but chose your fight wisely. Survival = more money.
• Loot everything that is high-value but low on storage capacity.
• Don't hoard stuff. It is best to sell on Flea barter items and then loot them back later on (if it is not required to be Found-In-Raid)
• Play scav and just focus on looting dead PMC, or ambush them and then run home XD
