AI behaviour works based on what you are doing. You'll notice they know you're looking at them, they'll push if you're healing or looting, even if they shouldn't be able to hear you etc.

They wont shoot chest if you're wearing good armour, and will focus on whatever else is visible. So if they see your head before your arms, they'll head eyes you
