near the sunken house or by southern road or on the street to chalet are usually good spots to find them

I use it on every Killa Run along with SR11 but you need both Kiba keys. Its a great way to farm 5 and 6 plates

You can try my method of nailing at least 2 in each raid, get to the dead tree in the mountain near the beach

use a sniper rifle, scope of 3x~24x or better, go on top, lookout for things on the highway, very easy to spot them
