it still does sometimes. also based on that no armor is useful sind 95% of shots go to the arms in my expoerience.

unless they walk up or down a staircase then they do. but honestly the ai that actually does aim for the head uses ammo with high enough pen that your best bet is praying for a ricochet tbh
