so you go on the flea, and you get the weapon testing key for labs which is dirt cheap around 220k
then you scav run onto interchange, hit tagillas lair, look in the cardboard boxes, yoink the intel folder
turn that intel folder into 3 labs keycards in your intel center
run labs, hit the weapon testing area and check for ammo
if you feel a bit richer you can drop a couple mil on the red keycard
either way, the loose valuable spawns will have you recouping your investment AND getting you ammo with relatively short turnover with just some addition risk

as an added benefit you also get good 308 and good 545 ammo

If you get all 5 kills on one map and then die inbetween the other you should be good. I had to transit away and back to interchange for my PMC kills on there, if you don't find enough you can transit away and come back.

Once you figure out that you have to get them to aggro you, and hold tight angles, it's really not a problem anymore. Because they don't sprint and shoot at the same time. Just be ready to shoot their faces as they run towards you. Don't peek them while they're aggroed and shooting at you.
