I have 1. gone into labs with the task item again and let myself die. 2. Restarted my game with cache clears. 3. Sent a bug report to BSG (i'm sure they receive many like this a day)

I'm currently crafting a short craft in the intel center in order to see if it makes it work again, and I'm currently working on the unheard storyline to see if any triggers exist in other chapters.

Use a pve goon tracker and just know it COULD be wrong because they rely on player reports
