5 level leniency up and down,
if the players level 1 you MIGHT go against a level 6 with like m855 which is pretty huge early game

if you're level 12, anything from 7 to 17
pair this with creating loadout presets that only show up when a certain level is met

you should run the map if youre looking for cultists on customs - i run 314 and reshalas room on top of farming cultists, i usually leave the raid with 10-15 min left if they havent shown up through railway extract.
make sure you clear the boss in stronghold, cultists cant spawn in if reshala or the goons are in cultist spawn.

also, they dont usually loot the room itself, they sit in the back left corner of the main room right by the large meeting table and hit the safe, ive literally only found safe loot on them (intel, bitcoins, labs folder) they seem to leave the cardinal apartment key each time.

so there still could be floor bitcoin, couch bitcoin, but i suspect they can hit the bitcoin spawn on the table by the keyboard as i have found 3 btc one of them and i think safe can only spawn up to 2 but im not sure

what id really be curios about is if a player could wall loot the safe with max attention/perception and a 2a2 through the same spot.
