Goons and all the bosses also have this quirk (if they are pushing/aggressive like Tagilla or Killa) where they will run into you, powerslide into a crouch and THEN will decide to shoot

if you catch them mid animation, they are pretty much defenseless

I also never had issues using normal ammo, but I remember having same frustration shooting 7.62x54R, sub 1 MOA barrel had around 8MOA when testing my shots on interchange mall wall from distance

Also, if you use .338 AP you can´t adjust your zeroing. that will fck the ammo up.
I tested it on rogues, and when I adjusted my zeroing for 100m and shot him to the head, nothing happen.
When I let it be on 50m, and shot, rouge died
