Best thing for fast strenth leveling is:
Start each of your raids drinking pineapple juice and running while overweight wihtout stopping till your stamina goes to zero

If you stop running, hit a bush, jump etc you will calculate current gain and break the fresh leveling multiplier for the raid

So you should start each raid with +3.5-4.0 points to strength

Throw at least 3 nades for the throw bonus too

When I hunt cultists I literally play local and run through fortress. If they arent on the side you came in then they are on the opposite side if they are there. If not, extract and repeat. @crimson meteor is correct. They will have made themselves known at some point going to or leaving from fortress
