i run customs for cultists. if i spawn around ruaf, i check by bunkhouses, get into drug lab to check bushes in front of stronghold/check for reshala in stronghold, go into stronghold, check bushes around chem plant, check side of chem plant, then extract through railway.
ive been getting super lucky tho, other people have had problems getting them to show up. mod has mentioned that waiting in raid longer helps, but i prefer speeding through it.

Fast MT w/ heavy trooper face shield seems to be a great choice as it allows headset, but the ergo impact is too much and it’s only level 2.
Ronin looks great all rounder but I only have one and the eye plug is kinda expensive

Seems like it'd be somewhat decent but falls into the category of weapons like the SWORD where it's not necessarily bad but the gimmick falls apart because of this games somewhat poor damage system for weapons that do that level of damage/pen

Tbf Ricochet chance shouldn't really matter, with a weapon like that the gimmick is that you can OHKO through the Thorax more often than not

I think you might've just been bugged, even if they had tier 4 338 FMJ punches right through and does about 120 damage, that should've killed in 2 shots max
