Quest requires dorm 303 key which unlocks at like lvl8 - locks it behind level 25 on flea and the barter items for the barter behind lvls 20/25......why just why? Whoever had the bright idea to level lock stuff on flea sucks big time. May as well have flea open from lvl 1 if you can't sell or buy half the valuable stuff till upto lvl 35/45 anyways.
