so it depends on the gear you're wearing double click your item e.g helmet and it will tell you the debuffs, but also ergnomics has an effect on these actions and more actions like i said, if you're in green weight you'll get endurance exp if you're in yellow you will get str exp most people will be in yellow weight because they are using such heavy stuff is what im trying to also say making it so their str lvl is elite and their endurance is like 16, so they lose out on the endurance buffs which are massive
