i think thats a quest only key. if youre desperate for FIR tank battery, you can buy a tank battery off flea and cultist circle it- itll turn into the key for toilet where the tank battery spawns. take btr there, ask him to transfer it when you pull it out

its a lot less scary once you find him and kill him. he does stalk around like tagilla- hell hold corners and wait for you, but he doesnt have the breathing sound like tagilla. thats why grenades are so good against him
