Mostly there are 2-3 PMC's where the greenscreen is near ZB exit, Old Gas are 2-3. Or from the bridge but thats a low chance as scavs mostly kill them

At the hill where New Gas station is, they run to the gas station and after that they go to 3 story building

So I heard that for Cultists a good sacrifice is the GL28 from Peacekeeper that you trade for a labs keycard then you get a chance at a 6 hour.
Is that still valid?
I have tried it 4 times now, which I know is a small sample size and not representative, but just wanted to confirm

It's just you CANNOT do quests as a scav (for the most part) so when running as a PMC you must always have a goal in mind and do at least one quest per raid if possible
