That is a fair point; there are only 3 rooms on the island, but the other two non-marked rooms generally have more and even better loot than the marked room. So if you are running the island for money runs, which I do not know why you would nowadays, you could leave marked off your route and make a bigger margin.

For example, I have majority of items for med case from Therapist (except two bloodset, which I was double checking), and none of my syringes, vaseline nor med tools are being counted. Same goes with any item trade click around where I have at least one item but it's not counted. Did click something weird or is this a known bug?

After passing through the bomb gate, I stand near where the free tool kit is, next to the truck, and snipe BD down the road with 7.62 nato 993 I find there are usually 2 and they either are looking at RUAF (till engaged) or laying down when idle, and then take the silo way to PS, so on the way back it is very safe to walk down the main road to pier

I like sniping them, I run up to the right side where the metal detectors are, throw a nade in then run back to the armoury, at the back of armoury (facing MS) to the left is a door which a bunch of boxes next to it, I use that as cover and snipe the 4 BD in there with a peak, pulling back to deagro then peaking out again to finish the job, if they are dug in I go back to the original spot throw more nades in and push them.
