Hello, I've got a quick question, when approaching a boss + guards, do they detect the player faster, from further away if the player walks in bushes, or run ? ( Any type of noise really )

all that matters is line of sight. AI tend to notice you quicker if you look at them while aiming too. AI doesn't pay attention to lazers or lights though

If you use cover or grenades to approach, you have time to get into cover normally before they get to you unless you're out in the open. When they run they cannot shoot you so it's the best time to make a move.

Just make sure they're running before you pop out to make your move.

If you hit headshots 70% of the time or higher it really dont matter what you use tbh. It is nice to have t4 pen for helms but not necessary as a few bullet taps will pen most helms. Only really had a problem with one guy rejecting my bullets with 855. Well two technically and i think we both know who they are.
