I cheat when I want pho, I bought a pho broth mix
I would hardly call that a cheat! I mean I guess it can be high in sodium but other than that its pretty healthy!

That's true, I made chicken broth last week but I added mushrooms and star anise with it and it came out really good. I've been on a broth making kick for the past couple of months.
My biggest struggle at the moment when trying to make pho broth is making it not cloudy....
when you use a mix you often get cloudy, when I was at culinary school we had a few tricks to clear the broth, but it takes awhile to do and those were broths we had made from scratch

could be, I don't usually pay to much attention to the broth, but mine is beef and you usually don't see the cloudiness as much
chicken is clearer so it shows up more prevalent, if it is clouding you could try starting at a simmer and adjusting from there
Yeah, I'll do that next time. You should check out Marco Canora's broth cookbook Brodo! He has a hole in the wall broth stand in NY I think. It's equivalent to the small coffee huts here in the Pacific Northwest. Kind of genius really.
I have seen a bunch of awesome stuff with broth, it is one of those versatile ingredients, and some days just like to drink broth by itself if it is really good

Day two of the Moka: Missed again but better. I picked up a medium roast from a company called Caribou Coffee. It was a bit bitter which means I have to figure out a way to lessen the grinds exposure

Yeah I would agree with you. Seems like it could be possible to get .gov if you put in a lot of effort but again it comes down to how worthwhile it is. It is a lot of work for little reward and you risk getting into real trouble. I don't think many governments take easy on things like this.
Summary: Likely not impossible but could be really difficult. Very high risk combined with low reward.

Load them in, add water, set for 10m and walk away
overcooking hardboiled eggs in an instant pot is going to be extremely difficult
I do mine at 197° for 20 minutes and they are great
high pressure for 10m; the most difficult part of the operation when to release the pressure. Longer you leave them in the pot -> less steam. But even after 45m (because i got distracted by something shiny), they were still perfect
I'm waiting for a breadmaker to finish doing its thing
i dunno if im proud or emberassed for never having used an instant pot
and yes.... reverse sear is the way to go. but man... i'm trying my hardest to nail down a perfect steak on charcoal and propane

yeah... but there is such a small margin of error (using a cast iron at least)

top tip. If you have a bread machine that is tripping out the mains power, heat the filament up, it's just damp and will work just fine afterwards

Here is an intresting idea to think about, I have isolated myself from most forms of entertainment for 2 weeks, I have experienced a great increase in my mindfulness and awareness, that was the case until a friend introduced me to death note anime, now I feel as if its literally living in my mind and clogging a lot of resources just thinking about it, I forced myself to stop watching after 3 episodes today and I feel a very annoying urge to watch more to the point I just gave up and went meditating for 1 hour, but even then its just scratching the back of my mind just needing the tiniest of holes to pop again, I really need to take advantage of this precious time so I am asking for your opinions for help 😣
maybe think of it like this, use that as a reward for doing something more productive
there is nothing wrong with enjoying something but it shouldn't consume you to the point of distraction like that
Trying to use the show as a reward was the thing that started the problem in the first place, because now I feel a great urge to watch it more cause the plot is only getting better with each episode
I mean, I can kind of relate if I start a book I've been waiting a while to read quite often it's finished before I put it down
but I don't have any problems with that either

Don't just ask about OCD, ask for help understanding why you have the obsession in the first place. Understanding your own mental triggers will help you be able to turn those triggers on and off

An update:
After a quick google search I learned how binge watching/ reading is triggered and how it affects the brain negatively, so what I did was I asked a friend to spoil every major event in the show including the ending, I don't feel the urge to watch it anymore , I am aware that maybe I denied myself a cool roller coaster of emotions but I think it was a good decision nonetheless and I am feeling sharper now.

That's true. It's only pretty recently you can get good bbq cuts in the chain grocers, for primals I still have to make special orders from local specialty butchers

Dragon fruit sucks tbh, Rhubarb on the other hand is great. It goes very well with Duck also if you want savory ect. I advise to peel as it has alot of fiber in the skin, sadly this looses the natural colour though. Grenadine will give it colour

Yeah that's good. I used to be able to get the a and b stuff spot on. Two pairs of glasses ago though my prescription was just plain wrong because they put the wrong one in and I was already abroad in Germany by that point
So I dealt with it but now I'm afraid that I messed up my eye with the extended use of the wrong prescription

either way, I wholeheartedly recommend laser correction. Mine was PRK, which I don't think is done anymore, but there are at least 3 types of surgeries (or was)

Hey guys is it possible to use tensor cores on nvidia gpu to crack password fast with cuda cores and tensor cores working to gather with help of AI algorithm run by tensor cores which will calculate hash of every next encrypted with specified hashing algorithm with some changes in tools like hash cat and john (because in gaming tensor cores are used to handel npcs and up scale the frame running on low resolution)and i think this is only possible on nvidia gpu because they have tensor in their gpu and programe called dlss and AMD GPU provied same but only on software side and their gpus don't have dedicated hardware in their for it
For example consider hashing algorithm in which encrypted version of abc something like this 2rd57hhs if the password is abc then tensor will find hash for a and then b and then c and send it to cuda for further processing
The tensor cores are good at a very specific type of maths that's used for AI/Deep Learning.
That's not really applicable to the maths required for the hashing.
