Turn on your proxy

And try to upload a legit pdf,png or jpg file and capture the request using Burp

Send it to Repeater and modify the packet by deleting the contents of your actual pdf, jpg or png file, and add the contents of shell.phtml and also don't forget to change the file name to shell.phtml while sending the request

That's it and you'll get a Web Shell

You can also try uploading a Reverse shell payload in the similar way

Either way you can get RCE
