OH, okay go to that learning option in THM web page there scroll down you will see paths in red color, choose them. Btw only few are free most of them are premium. I recommend to lern from YT. Learn linux , bash then basic web attacks like LFI, SQL injection, Directory travarsal, RCE etc. Then practice those in thm or HTB. Then move towards active directory basics solve some labs, then learn C2 servers like sliver, adaptix, havoc. I highly recommend havoc or adaptix as it's closest to cobalt strike.
