Also try to use nmap like this nmap -sC -sV -A -p- <target IP>

cause bt default nmap only checks first 1000 ports but total number of ports in a machine is around 6500, so you will miss some ports. Also -sV revels service versions so you can find related CVEs, and -A runs vulneribility scans , so it helps better

Depends on system configuration. Btw in enterprise system we mostly do aggresive enumeration at lunch time, it's the best time for dcsync attacks or heavy enueration. Or aggresive scan at office hour, blue teams often gets so many request at peak office hour, so our scan get missed.
