Usually this is one of:

• Kibana can’t reach/auth to Elasticsearch
• Kibana startup is timing out
• not enough RAM/resources

Have a look at:

docker logs kibana --tail 100
docker inspect kibana --format='{{json .State.Health}}'

That should point to the real cause pretty quickly.
