nothing to massive honestly, probably the Hardware in loop project for ME7 Motronic ECUs, mostly a mixture of claude and codex 5.2, not an insane amount of coding required, but quite a bit, most of it was me soldering wires to boards etc
i had to get a lot of external help from ppl that have been in the field for 10 + years doing so
as i dont want to rely on AI for something so complex
something that isnt extremely well documented anywhere either

I actually didn’t go to college after high school and ended up doing mostly studying alongside people that had already been doing engineering for a long time, I got heavily into vehicle ECU programming and it led me down a very long rabbit hole of different fields of engineering and physics and computer science, I may end up going to school eventually if I find too many gaps along my journey.

I take this seriously, including the ethics around it, so I won’t be sharing any protected materials. However, I will be sharing my study setup and progress so you can see the work I’m putting in. This isn’t something I’m casually trying. I’m fully committed to building a future in this field. But I need to be honest about where I am right now. I live in Nigeria, and the economy is brutal. Since focusing on this path, I haven’t had a stable income this year. My small weekly part time effort sometimes sustains me for four days, and the rest of the week I go without food, not because I wanted to, but because I simply didn’t have the means.. I even sometimesgg struggle to pay rent, staying in a space that should be safe but isn’t.
